The Reagan Distinguished American Award was created by Jonathan Club to recognize individuals for their contribution to our country. Honorees are citizens of the United States who have demonstrated extraordinary qualities of leadership in their field of endeavor, and devotion to the values that have sustained our country since its founding.
While devotion to our country made President Ronald Reagan and First Lady Nancy Reagan the Club’s choice as the first recipients, their dedication to the nation is what established the award to be named in their honor.
Roger had the privilege to speak with notable recipients such as world-renowned architect Frank Gehry, Brigadier General Charles E. McGee, tennis icon Billie Jean King, and FedEx founder Fred Smith.
